Protex 5 Aluminum Scratch Protection Paper for Aircraft | Boeing BAC 5034

Protex 5 by Mask-Off is a 4–5 mil latex-saturated protective paper engineered for scratch and abrasion protection of bare aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and painted surfaces — this aerospace surface protection paper is printed in bold red ink with "SCRATCHES CAUSE REJECTIONS — HANDLE WITH CARE" to keep shop-floor crews accountable. Built for protecting exterior aluminum skins, electronic cabinetry, and bare metal surfaces during demanding fabrication. Qualified to Boeing BAC 5034.

Its natural latex adhesive holds reliably during active fabrication — the surface can be routed, drilled, countersunk, and riveted right through the paper without removal. A flat release liner allows this latex paper backing to be die-cut into custom shapes and sizes for precise coverage.

Manufacturer's Certification included FREE of charge.
