Protex 10V by Mask-Off is a 10 mil latex-saturated protective paper with a vinyl coating on one side for enhanced abrasion resistance — the aerospace-grade surface protection paper (often called elephant skin) engineered to protect acrylic and polycarbonate windows, canopies, windshields, bare metal, and painted surfaces where added abrasion resistance is required. Qualified to Boeing BAC 5034 and trusted across aerospace MRO and manufacturing for protecting high-value surfaces during paint, fabrication, and assembly operations.
Its natural latex adhesive provides reliable hold during operations without damaging sensitive surfaces, and the flat release liner allows this latex-saturated paper to be die-cut into custom shapes and sizes. The silicone-free adhesive avoids contamination risk on critical aerospace surfaces.
