Shipping
Yes — free standard shipping on every domestic order with no minimum purchase required. Expedited (2–3 business days) and overnight options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. If you have any issues tracking your order contact us at sales@skytapes.com.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us at sales@skytapes.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending anything back.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@skytapes.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Do not discard the packaging — it may be needed for a carrier claim. We will work to make it right as quickly as possible.
