Patco D9100 is a 9 mil transparent, flame-retardant polyurethane film tape with a urethane-based adhesive on a 94# coated kraft paper liner — the aircraft waterseal tape and corrosion inhibitor qualified to BMS 8-346 Type I and Type II, Class 1 for sealing floor joints on aircraft decking. It complies with FAR 25.853(a) and is also approved to Airbus AIMS 10-05-004A (ABS 5093), Airbus ABD0031 Paragraphs 7.3.2 and 7.4, and Fokker FK05-193, delivering 70 lb/in tensile strength, 40 oz/in adhesion to steel and 600% elongation. It can be repositioned during application and applied directly over wet sealant, then forms a strong permanent bond; the clear film lets you inspect the joint without removing the tape, and the kraft liner releases cleanly and die-cuts. Available in Transparent in 2", 3", 4", 24" and 36" x 36 yd rolls on a kraft paper liner.

Patco D9100 has a 24-month shelf life from date of manufacture when stored at 60–80°F and 40–60% relative humidity. The manufacture date and lot number are documented on the Certificate of Conformance included with every order.
Is Patco D9100 the same as D9100SW?
They are the same tape. D9100 is supplied on a kraft paper liner; D9100SW is the self-wound version with no liner. Contact us if you need D9100SW.
