Intertape 591 is a 7.0 mil premium double-coated flatback tape — a bleached flatback paper coated on both sides with a high-shear natural rubber/resin adhesive, and a recognized standard in golf club grip manufacture and repair. Both sides bond equally well to almost any surface, delivering 52 oz/in adhesion to steel, 20 oz/in quick stick and 34 lb/in tensile strength, with temperature resistance to 200°F (93°C). The white easy-release crepe paper liner suits either machine or hand application, from high-volume grip lines to one-club regrips. Beyond golf, it is used for photograph mounting, carpet installation, textile "twister room" work and steel-rule die make-ready. Available in beige, 1/2", 3/4", 1" and 2" x 36 yd rolls on a white crepe paper liner.
