Polyken 345SW is a 5 mil dead soft aluminum foil speed tape engineered for aircraft sealing, masking, heat shielding, and vapor barrier applications. The aerospace and defense industry's trusted heavy-duty foil tape, it's approved by the FAA, Gulfstream, and the U.S. Military, with a self-wound construction that eliminates release liner waste and delivers smooth, tangle-free unwind in demanding MRO and manufacturing environments. Meets SAE-AMS-T-23397B and FAR 25.853(a).

Its dead soft foil backing conforms to irregular surfaces and complex contours while forming an effective barrier against air, moisture, and corrosion. The high-performance acrylic adhesive bonds aggressively to most surfaces, resists solvents, and removes cleanly without leaving residue — making it suited to both permanent sealing and temporary masking during paint stripping and electroplating.
