The aerospace and defense industry's trusted premium speed tape — a heavy-duty dead soft aluminum foil tape engineered for aircraft sealing, masking, heat shielding, and vapor barrier applications. Approved by the FAA, Gulfstream, and the US Military, with a self-wound construction that eliminates release liner waste and delivers smooth, tangle-free unwind in demanding MRO and manufacturing environments.
Polyken 345SW is a 5 mil premium self-wound aluminum foil tape with a high-performance acrylic adhesive. Its dead soft foil backing conforms to irregular surfaces and contours while providing an effective barrier against air, moisture, and corrosion. The solvent-resistant acrylic adhesive bonds aggressively to most surfaces and removes cleanly without leaving residue — making it ideal for both permanent sealing applications and temporary masking operations during paint stripping and electroplating.
Key Features
- Heavy-duty dead soft aluminum foil backing — Smooth, easy unwind; conforms to irregular surfaces and complex contours
- Air, moisture, and corrosion barrier — Provides reliable environmental protection for aircraft structures and duct systems
