Polyken 225FR is a 12 mil PE-coated cloth tape with a natural rubber-based adhesive engineered for aircraft cargo compartments — a premium flame retardant cargo pit duct tape combining the conformability and crisp hand-tear of a high-performance duct tape with the flame resistance required for cargo compartment use. Tested and proven compliant with FAR 25.853(a)(1)(ii), and tested to Douglas DMS 1968E, Fokker FK05-006 & FK05-113, and Lockheed LCP-86-1226-A.

Built for cargo pit sealing, seaming and repairing cargo compartment liner panels, covering pins and rivets, and patching, sealing, and bundling where high adhesion and flame resistance are critical. Its Deca-BDE-free formulation meets environmental requirements while delivering moisture, solvent, and abrasion resistance, and it tears cleanly by hand with a crisp, straight edge — no tools needed in the cargo compartment.

Manufacturer's Certificate of Analysis included free of charge.
