A metalized Tedlar pressure sensitive insulation cover splicing tape engineered for aircraft insulation blanket fabrication, installation, and repair — approved to DMS-1984 Rev. P Type 6 Class 2, FAR 25.853(A,B), FAR 25.856(A) Radiant Heat Panel, and BMS 5-149 Rev. A.

Intended Use

• Fabrication of insulation blanket covers
• Installation and repair of insulation systems in all aircraft
• Sealing sewn seams on insulation blankets
• Closing fabrication slits or holes around brackets, conduits, or other objects that pierce insulation
