Bake-cycle masking built for high-heat paint shops — the American® PG21A by IPG® is a premium beige paper masking tape engineered for clean removal after oven exposure up to 325°F (163°C) for 30 minutes. Built on a smooth fine crepe paper backing with a pressure-sensitive natural rubber adhesive, PG21A delivers high tensile strength, exceptional cornering, and excellent conformability to irregular surfaces — laying down crisp, well-defined paint lines and resisting paint flaking through the cure. It performs well in wet strip applications and removes cleanly from a wide range of substrates (hot-to-warm removal recommended, though it can be pulled cold). A workhorse across automotive, truck, bus, and marine paint masking, with documented use in aerospace MRO, Boeing/Airbus airframe work, and military-certified applications. Available in Beige in 12mm, 18mm, 24mm, and 48mm widths on 54.8m rolls. Made in the USA.
