Shurtape DF 642 Double-Coated Cloth Tape — Carpet & Trade Show

Shurtape® DF 642 is an industrial-grade, double-coated cloth carpet tape engineered for carpet and pad installation at convention centers, arenas, and hotels — the workhorse of trade-show flooring and event setup. Built on a polyester/cotton blend cloth carrier with a synthetic rubber adhesive on both sides and a siliconized flat paper release liner, DF 642 delivers aggressive adhesion, excellent conformability to smooth and irregular surfaces, and easy-release liner action for fast, clean handling on the job. The liner side bonds at 39 oz/in to stainless steel for confident floor anchoring, while the exposed side holds at 32 oz/in for the carpet, pad, or substrate above. With 32 lb/in tensile strength and a 50°F to 225°F service temperature range, DF 642 stands up to demanding install-and-tear-down cycles while staying versatile enough for general-purpose holding, mounting, sign and dispenser hanging, and POP merchandising.
