Shurtape AF 099 is a UL 181A-P / B-FX listed and printed aluminum foil tape engineered for airtight HVAC duct sealing. Built on a 2-mil dead-soft aluminum foil backing with an aggressive acrylic adhesive, it conforms easily to seams and joints and delivers airtight performance on rigid fiberglass ductboard and flexible air duct. The dead-soft foil burnishes down smoothly, while superior stability through extreme temperature swings makes it dependable in demanding ventilation environments. Each roll is printed with its UL listing for easy code-compliance verification on the job.
